How portfolio management works
When you choose ROI to manage your portfolio, you gain a partner who actively manages your investments on your behalf. For most clients, we provide discretionary management, which means you allow us to make day-to-day investment decisions, including purchases and sales, based on your plan. A small number of clients prefer non-discretionary management, where you retain final approval but still benefit from our professional advice.
We continually monitor your investments and make adjustments no less than quarterly, keeping your strategy aligned with your goals.
All portfolio assets remain in your name or in the name of your trust. Our role is to direct investments under the authority you grant us through a management agreement—always in service of your best interests.
What sets ROI Financial's portfolio management apart
ROI Financial Advisors, LLC is an independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). As a fiduciary, we are legally and ethically bound to act in your best interest only. Unlike large financial firms that may be influenced by shareholder interests or proprietary products, ROI is free to select the investments that best meet your needs.
We also believe in transparency. Our fee is based on a percentage of assets under management. That means when your money grows, so does ours. We don’t charge transaction fees; we do focus on keeping your investment costs low while positioning your portfolio for growth.
Everyone at ROI Financial Advisors works for you. We all care deeply about your success, now and into the future—even across multiple generations. We’re dedicated to helping you build wealth and make your dreams come true.

Our role is to help you avoid costly mistakes, keep your plan on track, and make disciplined adjustments over time—so your portfolio supports your long-term goals, not short-term reactions.
