Qualified candidates must:
- Be a licensed CPA in OR.
- Possess 4+ years of experience preparing and reviewing complex tax returns for a public accounting firm
- Have experience preparing and reviewing bookkeeping, payroll tax, sales tax, and compilations
- Have a working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience using UltraTax is a plus.

- Communicate with sponsor companies to acquire forms, policies, procedures and monitor the task progress.
- Oversee the correct execution of client service procedures for the firm. Continually research and implement more efficient and effective policies and procedures for client service/reporting expectations.

- Maintain complete and accurate documentation to support each tax return.
- Coordinate delivery of Tax Organizers (via tax portal, US Mail, and in-person)
- Receive, review, and resolve federal and state income-tax controversy and inquiries.
- Use tax portal to deliver and exchange tax documents with clients.
- Maintain corporate clients’ books and financials in QuickBooks to support tax-filing and tax-planning and advice service.
- Ensure staff work-assignments flow properly and are completed accurately and timely.
